So if you get this quest like I did (someone shared it w/me in a bg), abandon it because it's pointless and there's nowhere to turn it in.
PS. Even though this site says it's not available anymore, my entire Ashran bg was able to get it bc someone shared it. Way to go Blizz.

So, {class}, did I already tell you about all of the fabulous uses stranglekelp has? I did? Oh well... in any case we need a lot of it, and when I say a lot, I mean A LOT!
