http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10683I *hate* those ruins more than any other area in the entire game though, and if I could go back in time I'd just say "screw the Deathsworn" and skip the whole thing. Wherever you go you get a million adds crawling out of the walls to kill you, and a hundred elephants kicking you around so you can't do anything (and causing you to get even more adds, of course).
I can confirm that you can only pick up this quest after completing Allegiance to the Scryers; which, in turn, requires: A'dal and City of Light.

Description
The Ashtongue tribe is feared among all Broken. It consists of the most vicious and bloodthirsty individuals, handpicked by Akama himself. They are as fierce and ruthless as any naga, demon or blood elf in Illidan's army and they have been deployed in large numbers at the Ruins of Baa'ri, to the north. Go there and put a dent in their numbers before they get a chance to mount an attack on us.
