As this is a quest that rewards rep with Aldor, you will not see the quest until you've made your choice between the Aldor and Scryers. I started a DK, and skipped Shattrath as I've done it enough, but wanted my Loremaster for a couple of the others like Shadowmoon. Lo and behold, I couldn't find the flightpoint here, nor any quests until I went back and did the A'Dal /City of Light/ Allegiance chain.
Be cautious while doing this quest, it is soo easy to over aggro because of how tightly the mobs are packed together

Description
The Ashtongue tribe is feared among all Broken. It consists of the most vicious and bloodthirsty individuals, handpicked by Akama himself. They are as fierce and ruthless as any naga, demon or blood elf in Illidan's army and they have been deployed in large numbers at the Ruins of Baa'ri, southwest of here. Go there and put a dent in their numbers before they get a chance to mount an attack on us.
