TheWoWDBto get there on foot: from the instance entrance go thru the first gate on your left, then the next gate\door on your right. Take the door to the East Garrison on your left by Prospector Seymour. Straight ahead left of the stairs turn on the gear to open the upper door to Shadowforge City . Go back and go up the stairs. At the top of the first flight, turn left and go between 2 groups of Fireguards and follow that hall around to the left where you will see the door you opened with the gear take that corridor to the West Garrison and stay to the left. Go down the stairs to the right into the Manufactory. Turn right after the 3rd set of pillars lining this hallway. Take that doorway to a bridge back to Shadowforge City, thru that door and you are there.

[npc=9537] will spawn when you break 3 barrels located in a small room off of the lower level of the Grim Guzzler. He has friends.
[npc=9499] is on the upper level of the Grim Guzzler. Before you kill him, buy 6 ale if you want to open the back door, sell off anything you want, buy stuff, including patterns.
[npc=9543] is on the lower level of the Grim Guzzler. He is surrounded by friends. Speak to him to get him from friendly to, well, not friendly at all.
Orfus--Go out the back of the Grim Guzzler and take the first door.

Description
Some say that the Grim Guzzler is the secret to the Dark Iron war effort. Their warriors recharge there and emerge thirsty for another innocent soul. I think we can seriously hinder them by causing a bit of chaos here. I need you to start a fight with three of the bar's infamous patrons. Damage the kegs and Hurley Blackbreath will come running. Steal items off the tables near Plugger Spazzring and he'll fight. As for Ribbly Screwspigot...just talk to the little hothead. Report to Orfus when you're done.

The smoldering Blackrock Depths are home to the Dark Iron dwarves and their emperor, Dagran Thaurissan. Like his predecessors, he serves under the iron rule of Ragnaros the Firelord, a merciless being summoned into the world centuries ago.
