Alternately, from the entrance, go through the gate to the left, then the gate to the right, then the door on the left next to Razal'blade. Up the ramp, straight ahead up another ramp, around to the far side of The Ring of the Law and out. Turn right, he's just up ahead.

This is the Horde version of the Mage Only quest given by Ureda, an Orgrimmar Mage Trainer.
There is an optional breadcrumb quest that preceeds it called Meet With Ureda which is received when a player hits level 50.

Description
The power of the Dark Iron forces and their Twilight's Hammer allies is growing within Blackrock Mountain. Pyromancer Loregrain is a powerful and influential magus in the Twilight's Hammer delegation. If we could get our hands on his grimoire, I could develop counters for Twilight's Hammer spells and curses. You must descend into Blackrock Depths, locate the Shrine of Thaurissan, and capture the grimoire. Show Loregrain and his Twilight minions no mercy.

The smoldering Blackrock Depths are home to the Dark Iron dwarves and their emperor, Dagran Thaurissan. Like his predecessors, he serves under the iron rule of Ragnaros the Firelord, a merciless being summoned into the world centuries ago.
