The Warlord wants you to go talk to Rhoan who is south of the portal. However, to get to him you need to travel north from the portal on the road, then turn right when the road forks at about 51,31. Then you travel on a road that goes all-the-way-around the backside of the portal and finally see another path up to Rhoan at about 53,75.
As a newbie L60 Alliance player I got shot out of the air flying by this location.
The color bars were green on the NPC's until I got close, then turned red and I was dead.
