This quest is best accomplished if you do it as a group of quests including:
Toothsmash is not a hard fight, he is slow and easy to kite. His best attack is Blade Storm which is a spinning melee attack. Toothsmash does not move during this attack so just move away if you are a caster or have a ranged weapon. Pay attention that you don't move backward into one of the mobs that rings the area, so pick a direction prior to starting the encounter.

Description
If the battleplans you brought back are true, the Dreadmaul ogres are as much to blame for this devastation as the Iron Horde. It's time we send those ogres a message. It looks like the Iron Horde's main contact is a large ogre in Dreadmaul named Toothsmash. Killing him will put a dent in their battleplans.
