TheWoWDBThe trick to the Ruby Lifeshrine Loop, is to go slow at the start and then at the 5-6th loop you want at least 2-3bars and then you just spam #1 till the end.

Despite being able to pick up this quest, none of the Bronze Timekeepers would offer me the chance to race the reverse course. It turned out this was apparently because I had not finished off every Advanced course, despite having progressively been earning Gold on every advanced course as their respective WQs were up. The was only one I was missing, the Fen Flythrough in Ohn'ahran Plains-- which I had done on an alt but apparently they need to all be done on one character.
After racing that one I earned Dragon Racing Completionist: Gold and finished The Ohn'ahran Plains Advanced Tour. I don't know which of these might be required to enable seeing the option to race the courses in reverse, but can say that it is not necessary to have completely finished the chain of Advanced Tour quests. I didn't think to check before flying off to turn in The Azure Span Advanced Tour (which was already marked as complete from earlier WQ racing) but as I type this I still have The Thaldraszus Advanced Tour sitting my log, finished but not handed in. Timekeepers are now all offering the reverse option.
