This quest doesn't have a world marker for where to do the objective.

If you're looking for where to go to treat the whelping, it's at Dragonscale Basecamp near the edge of the cliff behind the reknown tent.

You're looking for Tyrgon from the Explorer-in-training questline around 49, 81.

Hi all

I present You Storyline Brave Researchers. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of the Waking Shores which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:

1a. Behavior Analysis "Homework" - Interact with 3 [npc=193789]: /way 42.53 79.37 /way 42.35 82.59 /way 43.52 84.97. Then Report back to questgiver using all conversation options.
1b. Scientific Meat-thod - Slay [npc=196017] until loot [item=194564], drop rat is around 10-20%.
3. Secret Research - Wait few sec. and press on [object=378891] wait 10-15 sec then speak with [npc=193500] then wait another few sec.
4. Identifying the Source - Slay [npc=193783] 44.53 80.54
5. Bring In the Expert - Collect 5 [object=378348] they are monitor by Eltie with almost 1M HP xD You need flying to get to them. Use Fear or stun to pick up ( or wait xD ) and run xD. Location:

6. Theory in Practice - press on [npc=193547] then speak with [npc=192298] and give him a name ( Bob) after that storyline will finish.

Description

{name}, I require your assistance... I hope no one was expecting me to craft, subdue the whelp, heal, and teach these children all at once! Multitasking like that is certainly overrated. Now, you can start by using those flowers. I'll need a couple minutes to prepare myself to heal the proto-whelp. Hopefully, the children will find this incident... instructional.
