TheWoWDBYou fight off waves of incoming Scamps (Forest Sprites) while Aysa is meditating. As you're fighting, she's conversing with the spirit of a Master Li Fei, and their speech gives you information about what's going on. Be sure and check the chat log when you're done protecting her, if you weren't able to follow along while you fought.
When she finishes meditating, you don't follow up with her (at the time I'm writing this, it's Beta, so that could change). Instead you go back to the entrance of the cave and speak with Master Shang Xi. He gives you the next quest.

While Aysa is meditating, she has a conversation with a spirit named Li Fei. Here is a transcript, in case you missed the dialogue in-game because you were too busy fighting monsters. :)
Aysa Cloudsinger says: Keep those creatures at bay while I meditate. We'll soon have the answers we seek.
Master Li Fei's voice echoes, "The way of the Tushui... enlightenment through patience and meditation... the principled life."
Master Li Fei's voice echoes, "It is good to see you again, Aysa. You've come with respect, and so I shall give you the answers you seek."
Master Li Fei's voice echoes, "Huo, the spirit of fire, is known for his hunger. He wants for tinder to eat. He needs the caress of the wind to rouse him."
Master Li Fei's voice echoes, "If you find these things and bring them to his cave, on the far side of Wu-Song Village, you will face a challenge within."
Master Li Fei's voice echoes, "Overcome that challenge, and you shall be graced by Huo's presence. Rekindle his flame, and if your spirit is pure, he shall follow you."
Master Li Fei's voice echoes, "Go, children. We shall meet again very soon."
Master Li Fei fades away.
Aysa Cloudsinger says: And so our path lays before us. Speak to Master Shang Xi, he will tell you what comes next.
Look at the pavement at the entrance of the building. Stand where the large flat stones meet with the smaller ones. Many of the sprites will run past you and not attack you. This was the only way I could beat it.

It's a pleasure to meet you, {class}. I am Aysa, of the Tushui. I've spent much time in thought since Master Shang told me we would be searching for Huo, the spirit of fire. I know where he resides, but not how to reach him. The answers are close, however. Come with me to the Cave of Meditation nearby. It is a place of great wisdom. I will meditate there, open my mind, and the path shall find us.

My driver went running off after the sprites just after they attacked. I don't think they'll really do him any harm, but I need him back to help me clean up the mess by the cart. He chased them off towards the cliffs to the north. If you head that direction, you should find him quickly.

Another of my most talented students is awaiting you in Wu-Song Village to the northwest. He is of a different mind than Aysa, but in their differences, they bring balance to each other. Ji Firepaw will instruct you on gathering the offerings for the spirit of fire. Trust in his wisdom.
