TheWoWDBA little dicey, but soloable as a quest-geared 67 feral druid.
Get rid of the non-elites first. The named quest mob Ayanga has an ability that deals some damage and slows you (Lightning-Tipped Strike), and then follows that up immediately with a frontal cone that deals significantly more damage (Alpha Storm Blast). You do not want to get hit by the latter.
I'd expect any class that is relatively sturdy and can self-heal some can manage; stuns help.

There is a great storm beast which wanders this ridge. Many a Shikaar hunter has attempted to take it down, only to fall to its ferocity. If you wish for some hunting glory, you may attempt to bring down the beast. Bring back its horn as tribute.

I present You Daily Quest Thundering Plains. You can do it when Aylaag Camp is up 55.5 52.1 in Ohn'ahran Plains to get reputation for [faction=2503].
You need to kill Elite mob [npc=192961] 52.9 49.7 to get [item=195386], is preaty hard but ease in team just look on LFG.
