The by far fastest way to complete this quest is finding a harpoon (they're around, glowing) and toss it on a Sea Skrog which will bring it to ~30%, making them an easy kill.
I can't seem to progress this bonus, is there a phasing requirement from the Illidari Stand chain or something?
I killed like 10 enemies and less murlock hatch pots, finished the quest despite the listed numbers
