This quest is given upon reaching renown 7 with the Centaurs-perk is listed as Centaur Armaments I. This is an account-wide perk so once 1 toon reaches this renown level, all toons on the account can BUY the appearances. However, if you prefer to get them for FREE, you will need to raise other toons to this renown level to get the quest.
In addition to the 6 head cosmetics as quest rewards, there are 6 additional head cosmetics that can
onlybe purchased (see update below) from [npc=195547] after reaching this renown on any toon on the account.Note: Like many other cosmetic quest reward/purchases, the ones you already have are no longer offered as quest rewards nor are they purchasable from the vendor (this seems to hold true for all similar type perk quest/purchase rewards but could be exceptions cause...Blizz, so always confirm you still need it to be safe).
UPDATE: So something interesting. I have reached this renown and done this quest on 6 toons and 1 by 1 got all of the 6 cosmetic helms offered as rewards. (I assumed I would have to buy the other 6.) Just now got to this renown on a 7th toon and I am now being offered the other 6 as choices. Any altoholics may want to keep this in mind.
How are you supposed to "choose the one you want most" when we can't see what each of them look like? Come on Blizzard.
