The NPC to turn this quest in is not spawning for me. Tried relogging several times, tried /tar Serge and nothing. Very annoying cuz the killing ooze quest also gets turned into this seemingly non existant npc. Hopefully it wont prevent me from getting the achieve.
Edit: Was still to easily complete the zone achievement even with this. Also went back after I finished the zone and he was still nowhere to be found. Guess he's afk makin chicken wrap
I had trouble with this quest as well. I was looking for him all over, and ended up finding him at the cords 45, 64. Still couldn't turn it in. Don't remember doing the quest Studies in Lethality though.

Description
Before my capture and imprisonment, I was stationed at Southshore. My primary job at the ruins was to take slime samples and make sure that the blight that we released was safely dissipating. Simple and easy if not for the worgen that would continuously harass us. I need you to head to Southshore and find my apprentice, Serge Hinott. Make sure that he's ok and inform him that I will return once my work here has concluded. You'll find the Ruins of Southshore to the southeast, near the coast.
