Just cozy up to these beautiful, gentle creatures, talk to them a bit to make them perfectly comfortable and, without giving them any hint about your next move, one-shot them humanely. They may not understand, but it's clearly for the greater good. Expect to slaughter more that 12; the drop rate is mediocre, unless you skin.

Forever Rise. South part of this quest takes place where good old night elves are RP'ing again. Only, this time a male and female ghost are getting married. For a second, you are like, "Nah, that's total B.S., you just copied this." Then, you stop. "But, they are night elves, so yeah, it's legit."
