Unseen Fate is a quest for level 45 in Trueshot Lodge. It rewards 775 experience and money.
Our path is a winding, twisting road full of peril. Yet did you know it can be walked many times? There is an item of great power available to us. It allows us another opportunity, a second chance.
Do you wish to acquire one?

I accepted the quest that Tu'Las the Gifted gave but nothing else happens. I cannot place a work order on this NPC as there are no other interactions available.
It is probably bugged. I will keep checking it for updates.Update:
If you have already bought 3 Seals of Broken Fate this week from the NPC in Dalaran, you can't complete this quest until the next reset. The "Unseen Path" Order Advancement states that "Allows you to place a work order for 1 of your 3 weekly Seals of Broken Fate in exchange for Order Resources."
As someone else said: "Costs 25 Order Resources. Work Order will instantly complete
You're unable to start a work order if you've already purchased 3 for the week."
Ok, where do I place a work order for a Seal of broken fate?
I got the quest, didnt bought 3 Seals of Broken Fate this week from the NPC in Dalaran.
