TheWoWDBI accepted the quest that Tu'Las the Gifted gave but nothing else happens. I cannot place a work order on this NPC as there are no other interactions available.
It is probably bugged. I will keep checking it for updates.Update:
If you have already bought 3 Seals of Broken Fate this week from the NPC in Dalaran, you can't complete this quest until the next reset.The "Unseen Path" Order Advancement states that "Allows you to place a work order for 1 of your 3 weekly Seals of Broken Fate in exchange for Order Resources."
