This quest seems to be bugged. Killing Feltotem Demonkindre does not give credit toward the kills even though they show for the quest on mouseover.

Torok isn't too bright, bragging about how the rest will soon become powerful enough via gorging themselves on fel to withstand your artifact. Especially if you're packing the Ashbringer or playing a demon hunter. Then again, that seems to be a recurring thing with vicious brutes who sell themselves to the villains of the week for more power.
it's so annoying the way Navarrogg runs to stand on each corpse while you are trying to loot them. I think he is Tea bagging the fallen.

What to do
Description
The tauren go too far. I did not escape their outpost for fear that they would attack the cave and slaughter my people. It looks like they planned to do it all along. Slay some of the Feltotem. Thin the herd.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Stonedark Crystal
Without my crystalline focus, my powers are weak. Those who captured me took it, and I know not where it is now. I'm sure one of the Feltotem has it. If you find it, please return it to me.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Blood Debt
You have proven a much greater ally than the Bloodtotem ever were. With my focus crystal, my wounds are healed. I fear Frag was too far gone to revive. Torok and his Bloodtotem will suffer for what they have done to us.
