Thanks, glad to know the quest won't flag me pvp. But what I came here to find out, what do you do? Kill the [npc=141522] to get the documents needed? Search the grounds for the documents laying about? Locate some obscure chest that holds the documents?

Edit: Ok, you kill [npc=141510] in the structure at location /way 54.07 56.72 to get the [item=162448]. Then kill mobs until you can reach the tent at location /way 53.48 57.22 where the [item=162449] are lying on the floor.
