He hits quite hard (especially compared to other group quests while levelling), and casts [spell=272464] which is VERY HARD to see. Just keep an eye on the buff being on the target and just kite them out, otherwise you waste time hitting air.
As of 8/24/18 quest completion for the quest was reset and it now rewards 250 reputation with the [faction=2159] (Alliance). This change comes after a Q&A on 8/23/18 when a question was asked about the WANTED! quests in Zuldazar/Kul Tiras and reputation rewards.
