I got really frustrated trying to do this quest because I kept trying to click the icon next to the quest in my quest objectives list and nothing was happening. Finally realized that, unlike 99% of all other quest item mechanics, you have to click it from within your bag instead of just clicking the icon in your quest list.
You need to use quest item on the (Bladeguard Kaja) mob near the questgiver

Is this troll a friend of yours? I'm so glad Kiro let me keep her. He's a bit wary of outsiders, but he's a great healer. She'll wake up, I promise. And when she does, she'll be thirsty. The sands are short on water, but you're in luck. The grove that surrounds this camp is filled with pricklevines.

It is good to see you are safe, but what of de others? Have dey been lost to de sands? You need to head back to de crash site and see if de others survived. I will ask around and see if these fox people can tell us anything about Rakera.

Position the camera behind your toon and lightly spam the [item=150759] with the sound turned up. Works better if you have a character of the opposite sex in front of you.
