If anyone came across Za'roco the Grifter and is wondering why you cant go and pick up the WANTED: Za'roco quest straight away like i did, you need to complete the quest chain offered by Razgaji in the Scorched Sands Outpost that finishes with the quest Mojambo.
After doing that then this quest will become available to pick up from the wall at the outpost.
[npc=136601] is in a small ruins building in Zul'Ahjin , entrance from the west side.

He will fear you from time to time, so be ready for that.
Can be hard for some classes, because he is 3-men group quest mob.
