All of the report quest turn ins are considered repeatable in case you abandon the Warsong Reports Quest http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=6543. You cannot complete them so just exclude them from the quest list. They are also uncounted for Loremaster because of this.
I recommend follow the road just to the right of the Splintertree Post. I ran into the runner mounted on a wolf roaming the main road. I found her just as I spotted a Saytre Village on my left. They are all lvl 27+ so be careful not too get too close. You'll have your hands full if you do.

Description
