For those without coordinates--the quest says "all three waterfalls" nearby. The dots are to the right of the camp, if you're facing the camp with the mountain at its back.
The unmarked waterfall is to the left, along the mountain path. Just go back past camp the other way until you hit the river on the other side.

(Also, idk how less than 30g can be considered a "handsome reward".
However, that irks me far less than his belief that his doing the one job he is expected to do would be somehow alarming.)

Description
My greatest responsibility is to make sure everyone has access to clean drinking water. With the gnolls to the east dealing with the decay, I must make sure that the camp is safe. I don't want to alarm anyone by personally taking samples, but I feel testing is necessary. Bring me samples from the three nearby waterfalls, and I will reward you handsomely.
