Looking through the spyglass still shows you her location (water shed) but no quest there anymore.

I don't understant what Thonk means by "How'd you make the old woman fly, by the way? ". Was this related to Tekla ? It's the first time I do this quest so yeah, since she has been removed...
@Rikade, Nah, she's still there but for reason, she's no longer part of the quest nor does she offer any quests on her own. Kind of weird, considering she's still part of the pre-quest and when handing in this quest, the NPC wonders "How you made that old woman fly."
