Wayward Archivists and For Blue Eyes Only are available to [race=52] characters only.
Though Wowhead lists it as a direct continuation of For Blue Eyes Only, this quest is instead unlocked upon completion of Reclaiming the Oathstone, with For Blue Eyes Only being the follow-up to Wayward Archivists.
Wayward Archivists is given by Sindragosa next to the Azure Oathstone after Reclaiming the Oathstone has been completed. Neither this quest nor For Blue Eyes Only are marked as "campaign" quests in-game, instead only as normal "side" quests.

Description

You, dracthyr. Two of your kin have been searching the archives just south of here. I have yet to introduce myself, and would appreciate the company. If you have the time, I can meet you in the upper archive.
