We Brought the Hammer

Getting [champion=986] as an Order Hall Champion requires you to join the Brawler's Guild and then complete a series of quests, some as Order Hall missions and some regular quests.
The final quest in the chain will reward you with your new champion.

Quest chain:

1. 
   
2. Get a [item=93195]/[item=93228] so you can join the Brawler's Guild.
3. 
   
4. Defeat Oso, the first fight of the Brawler's Guild.
   
   • One Brawler's Guild win is required.
5. 
   
6. Complete [mission=1502] (Order Hall mission).
   
   • Rewards: [item=142522].
7. 
   
8. [item=142522] starts the quest: Everyone Loves a Good Fight.
   
   • Return to the Brawler's Guild and fight in 5 matches or just stand there and watch others.
9. 
   
10. Complete [mission=1503] (Order Hall mission).
    
    • Rewards as a bonus roll: [item=142553] - Aim for 200%.
11. 
    
12. You are here --> [item=142553] starts the quest: We Brought the Hammer.
    
    • Return to the Brawler's Guild and give item to [npc=68526] (A) / [npc=49889] (H).

14. Complete [mission=1504] (Order Hall mission).
    
    • Rewards as a bonus roll: [item=142554] - Aim for 200%.
15. 
    
16. [item=142554] starts the quest: Cleaning Up.
    
    • Return to the Brawler's Guild and give item to [npc=68526] (A) / [npc=49889] (H).

18. Complete [mission=1512] (Order Hall mission).
    
    • Rewards as a bonus roll: [item=143561] - Aim for 200%.

20. [item=143561] starts the quest: Attacking the Darkness.
    
    • Return to the Brawler's Guild and give item to [npc=68526] (A) / [npc=49889] (H).

22. Complete [mission=1513] (Order Hall mission).
    
    • Rewards as a bonus loot: [item=143590] - Aim for 200%.

24. [item=143590] starts the quest: You Beat the Ball of Meat.
    
    • Return to the Brawler's Guild and give item to [npc=68526] (A) / [npc=49889] (H).
    
    
    • Rewards: [champion=986].

Note #1: The [item=93195]/[item=93228] is account-wide and opens the Brawler's Guild for all of your characters.
Note #2: If you fail to get the bonus loot, the quest will reappear and you can try again.
Note #3: If the chain bugs and you stop getting missions (can be caused by using the mobile app), buy [item=143899] from [npc=70752] (A) / [npc=70751] (H) and defeat him again. The mission you were on should reappear in your list.

In order for the next mission to spawn on the board in my Order Halls, I had to kill 2nd boss in rank 1, Grandpa Grumplefloot. Hope it helps anyone that is anxiously waiting for that next step towards the champion.
