TheWoWDBWhen you bring Gatamatos over to Pelodis, they'll both be near a circle with three floating pillars. To the left and right of this circle are piles of crates where you'll find the Reinforced Armor. To place the Armor, there will be yellow "shadows" floating next to the three pillars. Click the "shadows" and drop the five pieces of Reinforced Armor into place. Go over to the large forge (to the left of the NPCs) and find the Anima Barrel, then drop it in the "shadow" that looks like a barrel on the ground next to Pelodis. Talk to him then wait for him to walk back to his original position to turn the quest in.

The Anima Barrel gives you a speed debuff and slows you down, so make sure you gather all the armor pieces and engineers first before picking up the barrel. Then make your way back to Pelodis.
