Only reason I did this quest as a level 85 was for the tabard [item=25549].
You can gather x5 [item=64313] from the dwarves just outside BRD entrance (you can also collect from dwarves inside).
Enter BRD instance and to the right is an abandoned mole machine. Click it and take the option "Just pass Grim Guzzler".
Jump down and kill Lord Incendius (careful of the knockback). Use the [item=64313] on the anvil. Return to Org and collect your shiny new tabard [item=25549] to clutter up more bank space.

The helm has some sweet stats for it's level but...I mean really?...Tier 1?...last I checked that was the infamous Banana set for paladins...

Description
Blackrock Depths has long been home to our enemies, but now the Shattered Hand has discovered that the Dark Irons and Twilight's Hammer are increasing their collaboration. Using the cult's knowledge, the Dark Iron dwarves are imbuing their weapons with elemental powers. They've outfitted the Anvilrage legion with these fearsome new weapons. I want you to go into Blackrock Depths and gather the weapons from the Anvilrage dwarves there and break them over the Black Anvil in the heart of Shadowforge City.

The smoldering Blackrock Depths are home to the Dark Iron dwarves and their emperor, Dagran Thaurissan. Like his predecessors, he serves under the iron rule of Ragnaros the Firelord, a merciless being summoned into the world centuries ago.
Bosses in the Adventure Guide, in order: High Interrogator Gerstahn, Lord Roccor, Houndmaster Grebmar, Ring of Law, Pyromancer Loregrain, Lord Incendius, Warder Stilgiss, Fineous Darkvire, Bael'Gar, General Angerforge, Golem Lord Argelmach, Hurley Blackbreath.
Entrance: Searing Gorge at 27.6, 72.4.
