This is the Horde version of the Warrior Only quest given by Grezz Ragefist, an Orgrimmar Warrior Trainer.
There is an optional breadcrumb quest that preceeds it called Meet With Grezz Ragefist which is received when a player hits level 50.
How do you even get to the boss? I've been running all over BRD and I can't figure out how you're supposed to reach him.

Description
The Shattered Hand believes that the Dark Iron dwarves and Twilight's Hammer are working together. There's evidence that they are preparing a joint attack from within Blackrock Mountain. We can't allow such a force to depart Blackrock Mountain. You must go into Blackrock Depths and capture the Twilight's Hammer attack plans from General Angerforge in the West Garrison. Eliminate the elementals Twilight's Hammer has provided to support his forces.

The smoldering Blackrock Depths are home to the Dark Iron dwarves and their emperor, Dagran Thaurissan. Like his predecessors, he serves under the iron rule of Ragnaros the Firelord, a merciless being summoned into the world centuries ago.
