Simply abandon the quest and get it again.

I was stuck on this quest for a while because I could not turn the quest in to MOTHER. The archive console showed up and I could click on it, and the quest said completed but there was no quest turn in on MOTHER for me.
If you have all parts of the quest completed but cannot turn it in, check if MOTHER is channeling on Spiritwalker Ebonhorn. This was preventing me from turning the quest in.
After I completed the quest Save Ebonhorn from the On the Trail of the Black Prince storyline I was able to turn in Accessing the Archives.

1. Abandon the quest.
2. COMPLETELY log out of the game
3. Log back in
4. Accept the quest and WAIT for MOTHER to finish her action before trying to do anything else
5. Archives will show up next to MOTHER to your right
6. Examine Archives and then speak to MOTHER.:D Happy WoWing :D
