Wotcher, Watcher?

She is in the cave with entrance at /way 47.83 59.46
, not where the quest circle is (or was for me atleast) but straight in.

Further, she's at the back of that room. When I entered, the circle was indicating she was at the front of the room but she's at the top of the steps in the back.

Go way down to ground level, she's inside a building with columns and a staircase, not in a cave. Entrance is at 48 59.40 at ground level.
