TheWoWDBI found it was easiest to swim OVER the seaweed and drop straight down in to get it, then hurry up and out of the fatigue zone. Do not try to swim between the electrified seaweed. Too easy to get shocked that way.

All three of these spawns are in fatigue zones, you will probably be able to grab 2 at a maximum before getting back to a safe zone (the third one is quite near the edge of the zone).
They are surrounded by electrified seaweed, don't touch it, it hurts.

Description
<The seems quite excited about the presence of the new egg. You get the sense that this is an important occasion for these murlocs--there may be few eggs left. The oracle waves a small piece of seaweed in front of you, showing you the young buds of the immature plant. She warps the seaweed around a small part of the egg, then points at you, then back at the wrapped seaweed. It appears that the egg needs to be wrapped in more immature seaweed stalks.>
