TheWoWDBYou're looking for Gronn with called "Captive Gronn" which will have yellow npc colored text. Just engage and kill the Orcs who have chains on the Gronn and that's it, usually just engaging all the Beastwranglers will give you an objective update. You can find these Gronn in the main outside area where you picked up the quest as well as in the tunnels/caves around the area.
The turn-in is at the bottom of this tunnel network; if you are not already in the tunnels I feel the fastest entrance point is at 46, 35 and go "down" the ramp/hill that's easy to miss.

Here's how the quest works.
When the Captive Gronn spawns it will automatically have Thunderlord Beastwranglers that spawn with it. If you're near a Captive Gronn and it doesn't have mobs already chained to it, it's bugged and the mobs WON'T spawn. Try to move on to a place you can confirm a Gronn spawns.
You don't have to be in group or get tag, you get a proximity credit. That means you get credit even if you're running around in range.
You can kill the Gronnstalkers and Lashers since they are just adds that have nothing to do with the quest. The comments on this Wowhead page saying you have to wait for 3 Gronnstalkers to spawn are wrong. You need Beastwranglers and they automatically spawn with the Gronn.
Each Gronn has a 5-10 minute respawn timer. It does vary.
