Do not run back to the village (west end).
Continue through the Boneslag to the far end (east end).
There is an exit at the east end and [npc=72274] will be waiting for you.
[47.6, 45.6]I ran back only to find that she was waiting at the other end. I stayed on top and ran along the side (on the black rocks), then entered form the far end (east end) to turn-in.
Lokra will be one of the 3 choices for follower you will get when completing The Battle of Thunder Pass ... you get The Frostwolves Stand Ready.
