TheWoWDBLike a fair amount of problems throughout WoW, this can sometimes be solved with a simple cache clear. Suprisingly many people still dont know after 10 years of WoW what i might be talking about.... if you are having trouble with things from quests to phasing, to UI issues... follow the steps below before bothring with a ticket.
It may or may not solve your issues, but its always a good first step troubleshoot, before waiting days for an answer from a blizzard ticket.
1. Disable ALL addons and "/reload" your UI
2. Exit the game, Close WoW, or just Alt+F4 to exit the application.
3. open file explorer, and go into your WoW program file directory game folder. (usually "C:\program files\world of warcraft (x86)\" )
4. delete the "Cache" folder located within the WoW primary folder.
5. delete the file named "cache.md5" located within "C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\account name"
6. delete the file named "cache.md5" located within "C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\AccountName\ServerName\CharacterName\" of the character you are having trouble on.
7. Restart/open WoW and log in with ALL addons disabled.Once or if the problem is resolved you can re-enable your addons.
Also occasionally there are some login issues which are sometimes resolved by deleting one or two other particular files such as "wow.mfil" located in the main directory, but that should be unrelated to this topic.

If you are having phasing issues and cannot see this boss - open a quest progression ticket and report your issue, if you get a good enough GM they will offer to log into your account and put you in the right phase, I have had phasing issues for around 2 months opening several tickets and finally they have fixed it today, practically. If GMs just say "report this bug" open another ticket and find a GM who will actually fix it for you, most likely by logging into your account.

Description
Not all spirits are destroyed by the Soulgrinder. Some souls manage to survive more or less intact like myself. Others have become twisted and maddened. End their misery, take my soul shard and use it to purify them. Their rage will blind them to the effects of its energy so you must defeat them before you use it.

Okay, now down to business. The Bloodmaul have unearthed some monstrous artifact I've heard them call the Soulgrinder. It's a nasty bit o' sorcery that their chief uses to give himself incredible magical power, but it comes at the cost of needing to feed upon souls to maintain it.
