Where you hear it
aggro_enter_warning_state.ogg is part of the default threat warning, which alerts damage dealers and healers who are getting close to pulling a monster off the tank. Its partner file plays once the monster actually turns on you. Before this built-in warning, players relied on third-party threat meters to know when to stop. Damage dealers learned to pause their rotation the moment they heard it. Its two-second rise is easy to recognise even mid-fight.
TriggerPlays when your threat on a mob nears the tank's, as part of the built-in threat warning.
