True, but I would assume it was added for the benefit of new players. From what I understand, warriors are the only class without a starting special that can be used without rage. They also have [spell=88161] but you cannot use it immediately. The other classes have something they can begin using immediately.
I really don't think it's a benefit to new players. A friend of mine had it wasting space on his toolbar until level 35 (recruit a friend bonus XP), because he didn't know it was the same thing as autoattack / right clicking.
