Tooltip
Calls down a pillar of flame, burning all enemies in a selected area for 10.2142 Fire damage and an additional 3.5 damage every 3 sec. for 9 sec.
How it works
Each cast of Flame Spike costs 153 Mana. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Flame Spike is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 10.2142. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 5 yards.
- Effect 2 is Persistent Area Aura (effect type 27). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 3.5 per tick. It scales with 0.1 times spell power. Its area radius is 5 yards. It ticks every 3 sec, 3 times over the full 9 sec (10.5 base in total).
What it does
Flame Spike is a Fire spell with a 3 sec cast, a range of 30 yards, a 30 sec cooldown and effects that last 9 sec. When cast it deals Fire damage (base value 10.2142) in a 5 yard radius and leaves a persistent area effect on the ground in a 5 yard radius every 3 sec.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
