How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. Its base value is 1 per tick. It ticks every 1 sec. It triggers Knock Away.

What it does

Knock Away is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Knock Away (record #64020).
