TheWoWDBDefnitely get this as an Arms warr as soon as you get plate at 40 - its worth every mat. 24 STR plus Armored to the Teeth for an extra 6 ATK = 54 ATK. Definitely outshines loss of 2% crit (at lvl 40) from the helm from Herod, which only grants a total of 29 ATK with armored to the teeth.
