Of its 21 pieces, 8 drop from bosses, 1 is a quest reward and 1 is sold by a vendor. Every piece is Leather armor. Wearing them requires level 27. The set was added in patch 2.0.0.
Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.
What This Set Covers
This is a partial outfit - it fills 7 armor slots, so a full look needs 1 more slot from elsewhere. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

The white colossus has gained his own free will and uses it to greedily consume all who would stand in his way.
Deep within the Caverns of Time, the brooding dragon Nozdormu has awakened. Since the world was young, the bronze dragonflight has safeguarded the winding labyrinth, monitoring the shifting timeways to ensure that the delicate balance of time is upheld.

Versions and Companion Sets
11 companion sets shipped in the Trial of Style group alongside it:
1 other set reuses the 3D models of Obsidian Prowler's Garb’s head and shoulder, most shared models first:
Nightslayer Armor (Classic, 27 pieces): the same head and shoulder models, recoloured.
Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.
