Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.

This is a complete head-to-toe outfit - it fills 8 armor slots, so it can be worn as a full look with nothing borrowed from another set. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

The Burning Crusade

Slot and binding read from the current retail build’s item records for this set’s own pieces.

1 of this set's 26 pieces drop from 1 encounter in Scarlet Halls. The rest come from vendors, quests, crafting or world drops, which the dungeon journal does not record.

Drop chances are not stored in the client data we mine, so none are shown here.

Ensemble: Crimson Sentinel Garb is a single item whose use effect learns all of Crimson Sentinel Garb at once. It is Bind on Pickup.

1 boss in Scarlet Halls drop pieces of this set. Each instance below carries its Adventure Guide entry, where its entrance is, and what each boss drops.

Scarlet Halls

The Crusade's fiercest warriors, those who have held their ground and fought to defend the monastery throughout these dark times, are rapidly preparing an army within the Scarlet Halls. These soldiers are bound by their hatred of the unliving, and they are willing to sacrifice everything for their order's righteous cause.

The entrance is in Western Plaguelands at 28.8, 17.5 (/way #22 28.8 17.5).

Scarlet Halls entrance

• Houndmaster Braun drops 1 piece of this set (Chest) on Normal. Adventure Guide map pin: 54.8, 28.8 on the Scarlet Halls map. The quickest and surest way to detect the undead is by the scent of rot they carry, and even the most veteran soldier cannot match the olfactory sense of a hound. Houndmaster Braun has bred and trained a savage pack of canines to aid the crusaders in hunting down their foes--living and undead.
