Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.

This is a partial outfit - it fills 5 armor slots, so a full look needs 3 more slots from elsewhere. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

1 boss in The Nexus drop pieces of this set. Each instance below carries its Adventure Guide entry, where its entrance is, and what each boss drops.

The Nexus

In order to reestablish his dominance over magic, the blue Dragon Aspect, Malygos, has launched a ruthless campaign to sever the link between mortals and the arcane energies coursing through Azeroth. To this end, his blue dragonflight is redirecting the ley lines of the world to the Nexus, Malygos' towering lair.

The entrance is in Borean Tundra at 27.5, 25.9 (/way #114 27.5 25.9).

The Nexus entrance

• Keristrasza drops 1 piece of this set (Hands) on Normal and Heroic. Adventure Guide map pin: 36.2, 67.4 on the The Nexus map. Whether the tortures inflicted on Keristrasza were revenge for the death of Saragosa or a misguided attempt to turn her into an ally is known only to Malygos. Regardless of his intent, her allies have heard her cries of anguish and disturbing whispers of her diminishing mind.

6 pieces of this appearance set also belong to the item set Dragonhide Battlegear, which carries these bonuses in the game files:
