Millennia ago, Neltharion established Aberrus, a secret laboratory where he conducted world altering experiments. Recently rediscovered, Aberrus is now under attack from all sides as forces seeking to claim the Earth-Warder's legacy search for any power that remains. The champions of Azeroth must venture into the shadows and ensure Neltharion's dark power doesn't fall into the wrong hands.
The entrance is in Zaralek Cavern at 48.5, 10.0 (/way #2133 48.5 10.0).
Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible entrance
The Amalgamation Chamber drops 1 piece of this set (Head). Adventure Guide map pin: 44.4, 63.6 on the Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible map. The Eternal Blaze burns with the heat of a thousand suns, while the Essence of Shadow blooms with darkness incarnate. Although exceptionally powerful on their own, when combined they surge with the unchecked might of shadowflame, creating a whirlwind of ultimate destruction.
The Forgotten Experiments drops 1 piece of this set (Waist). Adventure Guide map pin: 35.0, 23.1 on the Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible map. The development of the dracthyr produced many iterations, some more successful than others. Early versions of the experiment proved far too volatile to destroy. Kept dormant for thousands of years, these creations have now awakened, and seek to test their prowess against the champions of Azeroth.
Once, the skies of the Dragon Isles were filled with the dragons of the five flights. But thousands of years ago the dragonflights left to defend Azeroth from those that threatened the world. Recently, however, the Isles have reawakened and called their long-absent caretakers to return. They were not alone--four great primal dragons have also arrived: Basrikron, wielder of earth and shale; Strunraan, master of electric tempests; Bazual, manipulator of flame; and Liskanoth, mistress of ice and cold.
The Zaqali Elders drops 2 pieces of this set (Legs, Feet). Vakan and Gholna, powerful djaradin elders, are each a master over their respective element. Gholna with lava and Vakan with shadowflame, they are locked in constant conflict over who is stronger. Through devastation and chaos, each elder attempts to outdo the other until one of them is crowned victor.

2 pieces (Fire): Phoenix Flames applies Charring Embers to all enemies it damages, increasing their damage taken from you by 6% for 14 sec.
2 pieces (Frost): Flurry and Ice Lance damage increased by 20%. Flurry causes an explosion on impact, dealing 35% of its damage to nearby enemies, damage reduced beyond 5 targets.
4 pieces (Arcane): For every 24000 Mana spent on and during Arcane Surge, your spell damage is increased by 1.1% for 18 sec after Arcane Surge fades, stacking up to 25 times. Mana regeneration is increased by 50% for this time.
4 pieces (Frost): Casting Ice Lance on a frozen target has a 10% chance to trigger Brain Freeze.
