On the first day of the patch, I only managed to complete Manaforge Reconnaissance part. Pilfered Technology and A Cryptic Mystery seem time gated, since I don't have any quests left in Naigtal.

Data Decryption Disaster - Quest take from [npc=266034] /way 47.74 81.99, Get 3 [item=275686] from [npc=266038] big panels/table - You have to way to collect 1st option is just interact with panel for 20-30 sec or finish minigame - you need to move orbs in way that links between them are not crosing.

2. Hal'hadon't You Dare! - Quest take from [npc=265950] /way 47.59 82.05, Slay 10 Hal'hadar at Manaforge Arcvein. mobs around /way 70.42 48.66,

3. Conductive Crystals - When You will go do Quest 1-2 in area where You doing them You will find [object=654497] that will give You this Quest /way 70.42 48.66, On This Quest You need to pick up from [object=654422] 6 [item=274936] i found them only outside bulding.
/way 68.94 50.03, /way 68.61 47.54, /way 71.38 38.79, /way 72.44 35.41, /way 70.70 34.86, /way 69.65 35.63,

When You get all go to [npc=266034] and speak with her and retur Quest to [npc=265559].

4a. Technological Transference - Use the Lightveil Translocator to recover stolen technology from the Hal'hadar, Location:

4b. The Node Knows - Slay mobs to loot from them 12 [item=274990] and pick up 3 Holoprint location:

/way 77.22 78.00, /way 73.34 75.53 inside bulding, /way 65.76 71.60

4c. Malfunctioning Nullframe - When You will do Quest 4a-4b from mob will drop, You need to move to /way 54.67 34.33, first press on [npc=265975] then slay him after return to base.

7. Soul Lattice Revealed Quest start in Naigtal from Veraan in base - Speak with [npc=266034] left from Quest giver.
8. Cryptside Rendezvous - Move to Extraction Shores and slay 12 mobs in this area. Quest finish in crypt that you enter in /way 27.92 50.02
9a. Mementos of the Dead - Loot from mobs or cheasts 30 Memoriar Tribute all inside crypt.
9b. Cages of the Soul - Freed 15 Draenei Spirits and Repeir 4 Vilaldoun Defense Ward /way 69.71 49.94, /way 70.25 76.12, /way 47.71 63.26, /way 54.97 21.80, Quest 9a and 9b return to [npc=268323] /way 37.05 71.66,
9c. Vilaldoun Valediction - Pick up inside Crypt from [object=658789] /way 67.39 79.49, Return to base to finish Quest but do it wen You finish quest 12. Not sure that you need to do to finish storyline.
12. The Soul Architect - Slay [npc=266831] and [npc=266832] and loot [item=276342] then return to base to finish Story line and compleate Achievement A Hal'hadar Walks into a Swamp
13. Cryptic Departure - Return to base to finish Story line and compleate Achievement A Hal'hadar Walks into a Swamp

I was able to complete Pilfered Technology today, but cannot find A Cryptic Mystery (might just be blind) but I assume that's timegated until 2 weeks from now when we return to Naigtal again.

Meaning A Trip Through the Stars also cannot be completed at least until July 14 (15th for EU).
