What this achievement fails to mention is that it allows you to buy the Tortured Gorger from Kifaan in the Naigtal/Val base camp.

2. Heroic: Pain of Command - You need to Slay 2 NPC 1 is in Val and 2nd in Naigtal

Val:

Quest Imperator Pertinax to Slay [npc=261072] - Use portal go down in middle of map, [npc=261072] is drop [item=277554] You can do for this Quest. You can start Imperator Pertinax when finish Surveying the Frozen Wastes.

Naigtal:

On This Quest You need to slay [npc=260875] 4 times to get 4 [item=277554]. [npc=260875] is weekly boss then you need 4 weeks to finish that Quest.

3. Heroic Climate Strange: Naigtal - You need to finish 5 WQ Subdue the Spore Storm in Naigtal.

I Present You Heroic Climate Strange: Naigtal part of Heroic Showdowns and Climate Strange: Naigtal part of A Trip Through the Stars.

To compleate this Achi. You need to do 5 WQ Subdue the Spore Storm on Heroic mode ( and do it only on Hero then You will do 2 achi in same time ), You can do them any time no need to do same day or even week. Just need to wait until will respawn WQ.

4. Heroic: Power Creep - Defeat 10 creatures diferent Affixes in Val or Naigtal in Heroic World Tier.

to be honest i did not even look on this Achievement, My first Mob what i Slay on Heroic mode was [npc=260875] and before He die i reach Achi. i a loot a mobs around him and they have this Affixes. I belive this achi. is not point to focus if you killing rare mobs it will do itself.

5. Climate Strange: Val - You need to finish 5 WQ Storm Mitigation in Val

On This WQ Storm Mitigation You need to Slay 8 [npc=265829] mobs. Do it on Heroic then after 5 WQ you will reach 2 Achievements:

6. Heroic Slugger - You need to Slay 15 Rare on HC mode in Val or Naigtal.

We have in total 10 Rare mobs in Naigtal same in Val, Is looks like Debuff has been added now when Rare Spawn You can't attack him in first 3 min and is looks line they are not moving in first 3 min after spawn [spell=417651].

Val or Naigtal Respawn 20 min 1 mob in time not all, Look on Group Finder -> Premade Groups -> Custom -> in title Rare Naigtal

On Heroic Mode in Val or Naigtal i get drop item 256 ilvl [item=274819] and [item=275165],
