In Patch 6.1 [npc=82680] now count towards the 50 slaves freed needed for Breaker of Chains. This makes the achievement super easy, as the [npc=82680] are always around even when not on Assault on Stonefury Cliffs. Damage only means no farming for [item=113489] either. Woot!
Looked all over. I found about 17 cages. To confirm, only caged prisoners count towards achievement. Here are the coordinates I could Find. There are two that are not on the list due to character space issues, but they are close enough to another to be able to find them.
