Chromatic Calibration: Cranial Cannons

This achievement requires you to craft twelve Legion Engineering goggles and will reward the cosmetic appearances for each, even if they are a different armour type than the character crafting them. The goggles are BoE and you could try and sell them on the Auction House once you've crafted them for the achievement. According to PTR data, the appearances will be available on all non-Engineer characters upon completion of Chromatic Calibration: Cranial Cannons. This achievement can be completed on a single Engineering character, as all armor type patterns were made available in the Dragonflight prepatch.

Note: You only need to craft one of each rank for achievement credit. This guide will be assuming you are making Rank 1 crafts for each of the Goggles.

I suggest everyone to open a ticket to blizzard about this while it is still fresh content and there is a higher chance of quickfix. While the achievement is technically obtainable getting the skullblaster recipes is beyond insanity, yes you can get them on an alt since all the achievements are account wide but if you are somewhat of a completionist you would like to get them on your main engineer. In my case thats my main. While i have every other recipe for engineering goggles ive been missing those 4 since i skipped legion. Even with the best methods of obtaining scrap (lfr carapace + tinker) Ive got about 15~ boxes for hours and hours of farming and not 1 recipe from them. Even the alt part takes hours and a friend/second account to get it done at least somewhat efficiently.

Edit: Now the sprocket containers are purchasable from a vendor. Thanks to the players who raised their voice over the issue.

This achievement does not grant goggle mogs to your non-engineer characters. Doing these achievements only gives your engineers access to the colors not normally available to your armor class. I've put in tickets to Blizzard and received multiple responses saying this is as intended. It is not like the PTR Data where non-engineers got access.

Had I known this I wouldn't have spent the million gold and all the time doing these achievements.
