Draenic Stone Collector

For anyone looking for this achievement in game, it is under the Professions achievement tab.

Note that while the achievement is required to unlock the plan, you have to be level 100 to see it on the vendor.

Non-miners: Can get Draenic Stone from within their level 1 & 2 Garrison Mine. You'll get it gradually every day.

Miners: Can get Draenic stone the same way as non-miners, plus they'll pick it up from ore nodes around Draenor too.

And it is account wide.

So with a couple of alts and/or a miner that's leveling from 600->700, you'll be able to get this achievement fairly rapidly. I expect it'd take week or two with no particular effort - I got it somewhat accidentally in 4 days via 4x alts with level 2 Mines + a miner leveling.
