A stone-pillar monument that holds a piece of Deathwing's remains, one in Orgrimmar and one in Stormwind, appeared in Patch 4.3.* Once Deathwing has been slain for the first time, the cut-scene that plays after killing Deathwing is available for viewing at any time by chatting with [npc=58199] (H) or [npc=58195] (A).
* Or so I read elsewhere on Wowhead. Personally, I thought it unlocked the monument the same way the fancy fountain in Dalaran was unlocked in Wrath.
